Danielle is an Instructional Technologist where she provides support for educational technology tools to help instructors and students collaborate, create community, and practice skills in their learning environments. She graduated from the University of Arizona with an M.S. in Information, focusing on Human-Computer Interaction at the intersections of online identity construction, power dynamics in the context of social media, and how gender identities shape the use of interactive technologies. Danielle also holds a B.A. from Arizona State University in English Literature.
Before joining the InTech team, Danielle worked as a communications & technology coordinator, freelance writer, investigative researcher, and writing tutor, among other things. She is an advocate for understanding barriers to equal access to technology to work towards more inclusive tools and services.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys exploring desert trails, tending to her houseplants, practicing her coding skills by building Python projects, and watching film noir, horror, and sci-fi movies.
