Tips and Troubleshooting for Accessing Content

Having trouble accessing Content?

  • If you are unable to open a video link (and it says "Powered by Panopto" or "Click here to request access"), you may just need to authenticate your Panopto access.
  • To do this, select UA Tools in the navbar and select Panopto from the drop-down list.
  • A new window will open to the Panopto file for the course. Return to the D2L course content page and select the link for the video again.

Still not playing?

Link to a quiz, discussion, or assignment folder not working?

  • Go directly to the Quizzes navbar link, Discussions navbar link, or the Assignments navbar link.

Links in a module not working?

  • If you can see a link in a module but it does not open, your Instructor may have set a start date well in the future or created a release condition to access the link.
  • If you are certain you should have access, contact your Instructor.
