Tablet & Phone Troubleshooting
PlayPosit has no Android or iOS app. As long as you have the latest version of Google Chrome, you should be able to view PlayPosit Bulbs on a mobile device in the browser. However, for the best experience, we recommend viewing Bulbs on a computer or laptop. If you would like to build Bulbs, we recommend that you access PlayPosit through a computer or laptop.
If you are viewing a bulb on an Apple device, you might experience playback issues, including interaction questions not showing up. First, check to make sure that cross-site tracking is enabled.
Safari
- In the Safari app on your device, choose Safari, then choose Settings, then find Privacy & Security.
- Un-select Prevent cross-site tracking. Learn more: How do I enable cross-site tracking on an iPad? (opens in a new tab).
Chrome
- Navigate to the device Settings and select the Chrome app.
- Toggle ON Allow cross-website tracking. Learn more: Enabling access for Google Chrome on iOS devices (opens in a new tab)
If the interaction questions do not appear in the bulb, try changing the video source by following the steps below:
- Select Settings (gear icon) in the scrub bar.
- Under the Video menu, select Panopto.
- This will open a drop-down that allows you to change sources. Choose MP4 under Source 2.
Interaction Questions Not Appearing
If the interaction questions do not appear in the bulb, first enable cookies, disable cross-site tracking, and allow pop ups in your browser as described in the sections above. If those steps don't work, try changing the video source by following the steps below:
- Select Settings (gear icon) in the scrub bar.
- Under the Video menu, select Panopto.
- This will open a drop-down that allows you to change sources. Choose MP4 under Source 2.
Please schedule a consult if changing the video source does not resolve the issue.
